Food does not have morals.

It cannot show empathy.

It is not good or bad, it just is.

And it is necessary.

We eat to survive, to socialize, to energize.

Categorizing food as healthy is an unhealthy approach to the nutrients your body craves.

Exercise is not a punishment to what you did not do the day before.

Moving your body is therapy for the soul and should feel refreshing and empowering.

Rest is an essential part of your day that will not be ignored.

Listen to your body.

Do not silence your well- being.

The strongest characteristic you have is your ability to let go.

Your body recognizes anxiety and it can cripple you.

Do not give anyone or anything power over your own.

This is not a hand out.

Do not sympathize with your insecurity.

It is illogical.

You are better.

Belittlement is belligerent and

doubt offers no benefit.

The voice in your head is the loudest, do not take it for granted.

Start a conversation.
