Come dance the night away with the Chicago band Ceilidh Bandicoots! Featuring callers Jonathan Siviers, Jon Hanson and Scott Meyers.

Contra dancing was popular in the 19th Century and it’s had a big revival this past decade. You don’t need a partner and you don’t need fancy lessons.

Any level of dance skill can join in — just listen to the caller and have a ball. A costume is not required but it makes it more fun!

NOTE: Event will break to allow dancers to attend the free ArcAttack Demo (8:45 PM) and will resume (9:30 PM) afterwards.

Ticket price provides admission to both sessions.

For attendees’ dining pleasure Pop-Up Food Stalls will offer a delectable choice of food for sale on Friday and Saturday from 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM on the lawn of the BCPA. Vendors include A-Z Catering, Epiphany Farms and Healthy in a Hurry. People may enjoy their food at tables under tents on the lawn or at tables inside the BCPA, although indoor seating on Friday evening is limited.
