Workout in quarantine at home

There are many ways to stay active in your homes by watching online workout sessions or coming up with your own.

With the current stay-at-home order, people are having to get very creative in ways to stay active. It’s hard enough to motivate yourself to work out at home when your cozy bed and Netflix are only a few steps away. Perhaps the hardest part about staying active and working out at home is the lack of fitness resources. Look no further for workouts or exercises that you do within the comfort of your own home with no equipment because below is a compiled list of different exercises and workouts to try.

Get creative with these lists, jump around and create your own workout with these exercises or just simply pick a category and work your way down the list. If the exercises become too easy try and do more repetitions or increase how many sets you do. Make exercising fun by doing it with a family member or working out with a friend while video chatting to motivate each other. Most importantly don’t forget to make a good playlist to get your energy up and good vibes going.
