Best customer service (med apts)

First Site won Best Customer Service for a medium apartment agency.

Editor’s Note: The Vidette recently surveyed the Illinois State University students, faculty and staff on their favorite businesses, facilities and activities. More than 400 people responded to the online survey. Copies of the Best of Blo-No magazine are still available at sites across campus or at The Vidette Building.

First Site Apartments, voted Best Customer Service for Medium Apartments, try to make the living transition easy for students. 

First Site Vice President Ulises Napoles said the staff, including himself, are all Illinois State alumni that understand that transitioning from dorm life to an apartment adds to the stress of college life. 

“We like making the process easier for prospects and we do it from experience,” he said. 

Due to updated technology, customers are able to view the apartments and communities on 65-inch touch screen monitors that display 3D models.  

“The office is fully equipped for all residents to make housing decisions easily,” Napoles said 

The site also keeps a true community, with updated on-site security, pools, a workout center and clubhouse.
