Best Coffee Places in Blono

Students can enjoy a hot or cold cup of coffee at the Coffee House located in Uptown Normal.

When driving around Bloomington-Normal, there are endless restaurants. Sometimes, food just doesn’t sound good when students want a nice drink or brew of something tasty, but don’t know where to go. Luckily there are plenty of places you can stop by to sip on some coffee or grab it to go.

When exploring the area, one of the first stops is Coffee Hound. This little coffee shop is located on 205 W. North St. in Uptown Normal. Having a classic coffee shop feel really completes the atmosphere, and the coffee was just as good. For those looking for a place to relax and unwind with a cute cup of coffee, Coffee Hound is the place to go.

For students on the go who don’t quite want to go to a franchise yet, Fusion Brew is the place. With dine-in or carry-out, either option will not disappoint. There are a variety of coffees and teas that will satisfy the taste buds. Located on  503 S Main St. near the Student Fitness Center, this is a great destination for quick, tasty drink.

Those still wanting something different can visit Gloria Jean's Coffees. In addition to fast service, Gloria Jean's offers  a 15-percent-off student discount with a valid student ID.

If none of these sound like the place for you, there are always the franchises just around every corner. Dunkin' Donuts and Starbucks are the standbys.
