I've been with Young America for a year now and just signed up for a second year. I think they've been great, and I have no complaints at all. I've heard some horror stories from other realestate businesses in the area and I can say that nothing like that would ever happen with Young America. Their maintainance is CRAZY fast and their customer service has never let me down. It does get busy in the office but you have to understand that they're the busiest and best real estate on campus.
