I would give no stars, but that is not an option. We had a flood and 40 gallons of water came through our ceiling. They moved us 5 times to different hotels, never knowing where we would be relocated to the next day. After being relocated to a house with mold in the basement and never receiving a timeline, we called to complain and they told us (no joke) “are you done?”.. “you guys are going off the deep end”. After a month out of our apartment, we received no compensation. How Ulises Napoles received that job at First Site blows my mind. He is the most unintelligent individual I’ve ever met and the staff are the ruddiest people I’ve ever talked to. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT lease with them.
