A dream comes true for Down Syndrome student

Kevin Grow is a high school student with Down Syndrome who is the manager of Bensalem High School’s basketball team. Grow had the opportunity to sign a two-day contract with the Philadelphia 76ers and he took it.

After Grow sunk a three pointer at his high school’s basketball game, the crowd went crazy and a video went viral. After he agreed to the contract he was taken to the team’s locker room, given an official jersey, hung out with the players and even practiced with them on Monday.

The 76ers kept Grow’s dreams going and recognized him and his team during the 76ers game against the Cavaliers on Tuesday.
