Cavs could trade Deng already

By: Brandon Hillary

After Chicago was forced into the tough position that ended with the decision to trade veteran wing Luol Deng, who had been with the Bulls for his entire 9 year career, Cleveland did not take long to begin shopping for the 2-time all star. League sources told Yahoo! that Cleveland has had talks with Dallas, Detroit, and Indiana about a trade for Deng, but nothing serious has been confirmed. Reports say that Deng, who is likely to hit the free agent market this summer when his contract expires and he becomes an unrestricted free agent, is not looking to sign any long term contract until his free agency, shying teams away from investing too much stock in him, just as Cleveland did.
