After a slow start to the 2014 Winter Olympics and snowboarding G.O.A.T. Shawn White failing to receive a medal, the United States has jumped to the top of the leaderboards with 23 overall medals. Of these 23, 7 are gold, 5 are silver, and 11 are bronze. Russia and the Netherlands are tied for a close second, right behind the USA with 22 medals, each with 6 of them gold. Norway brings in 4th place with 20 medals. The United States hopes to continue their run and bring home a win in the 2014 medal count.
