|'Hangover' sequel a good idea?|

I’ve been hearing rumors that there will be a sequel to the highly coveted “Hangover.” This could, in fact, turn out to be just as successful as the original…I feel that this may be somewhat unlikely, however.
It just seems to me that this is one of those films that should be left alone.
Not all successful films need to be followed up immediately by a sequel. Let’s take a minute to bear in mind the numerous Hollywood hits that were quickly trailed by sequels that turned out to be utter disappointments.
“Caddyshack 2” is one that instantly sticks out in my mind as one of the worst sequels of all time.
Simply put, there was nothing to make a sequel out of!
This seems to be the case with The Hangover seeing as the entire plot line of the film was based around a bachelor party gone awry, which can only take place once…right?
It seems that there just isn’t any originality to be found in the film making industry nowadays.
Everything is either a remake of an original classic or a sequel to films that, in my opinion, would be better off left alone.
While I may not be entirely correct in this assumption, my stance will remain skeptical in regards to the success of “Hangover 2.”
What do you think. Feel free to weigh in...
