Due to unfair wages, many Chicago retail employees walked out of their jobs on April 24 in to protest for higher pay and improved working conditions. Is a minimum wage of  $15 too high of a request?

Happy birthday to the World Wide Web! April 30 marked the 20th birthday of the World Wide Web (the Internet domains marked with “www”). The Internet has been around for as long as my generation can remember, and personally, I cannot even imagine a world without it.

In high school, I was one of those people who was involved in as many clubs as possible. I relished the idea of learning something new outside the classroom and making a difference.
