Bloomington officers were dispatched to the area of 115 Valley View Circle for a call of shots fired at approximately 11:30 p.m. July 28. 

When officers arrived, they found physical evidence that a shooting took place outside one of the apartment buildings. Shortly after taking the call, additional officers responded to a local hospital where an adult male was being treated for a non-life-threatening gunshot wound to the foot. 

The incident is under investigation and no further information is being released at this time.

If the call leads to the arrest and indictment of a suspect or suspects, individuals may be eligible for a reward up to $1,000.
