At 4:25 p.m. Monday, the Illinois State University Police Department responded to the In Exchange Plaza, at 304 S. School St., for a report of an argument between a group of individuals.

During the argument, a male suspect was alleged to have displayed an open pocket knife and threatened a female in the group.

None of the individuals involved were students or employees.

ISU Police is continuing to investigate this incident, but this is believed to be an isolated incident between known parties.
