Four young men were arrested in Bloomington Feb. 10 on gun and drug offenses.
According to a Bloomington Police report, members of the BPD’s Special Weapons and Tactics team and Vice Unit executed a search warrant at an apartment in the 1300 block of North Hershey Road in Bloomington.
Following the search warrant, four men were arrested, and various items were seized.
Some of the items seized included over 140 grams of crack cocaine and powdered cocaine, 14 grams of methamphetamine, 4 grams of heroin and 5.25 pounds of cannabis bud. Police also found other evidence of drug sale activity and an undisclosed amount of cash.
The report stated that police also seized three handguns and found one stolen handgun.
Jeriall M. Myrick, 24, of Bloomington, was arrested on four charges including manufacture and delivery of heroin on school, public housing or park grounds, delivery of methamphetamine, manufacture and delivery of cocaine and possession of a stolen firearm.
Javares L. Hudson, 19, of Normal, was arrested on one charge for narcotics.
Michael E. Baker, 20, of Bloomington was charged with manufacture and delivery of 30-500 grams of cannabis and unlawful use of weapons.
Derrick Bailey, 18, of Springfield was arrested on five different charges including manufacture and delivery of heroin, cocaine, methamphetamine on school, public housing or park grounds as well as possession of a stolen firearm.
Bond information is not available at this time. All subjects are being held at the McLean County Jail. No other information is available.
