At about 11:30 p.n. Aug. 14 the Normal Police Department was called to a party at 200 W. Willow St. after a resident reported to see an unknown male displaying a handgun in his waistband arguing with another unknown individual. 

No injuries have been reported at this time. The subject fled the scene before police arrived. 

200 W. Willow Street is the address of a popular apartment complex known as The Lodge. 

Anyone with additional information is encouraged to call the Normal Police Department at (309) 454-9535 or the McLean County Crime Stoppers at (309) 888-1111.
