Party: Republican, Incumbent

Michelle Anderson is running for auditor to keep being a watchdog for the citizens of McLean County. Since being in office, she has begun posting bills paid online and created a user friendly/easier to understand set of annual financials for citizens to have access to. 

Prior to being auditor, she has had governmental and public accounting experience. She graduated with a degree in accounting from Illinois State University.



Party: Democrat 

Former alderman and retired banker, the Democratic candidate is committed to help make change happen that will help save taxpayers money and strengthen the county’s fiscal practices. 

Rob Fazzini served as the Market Area President for Busey, President of the Chamber of Commerce, Advisory Council and Multicultural Leadership Council as well as treasurer of the local girl scout chapter.

He co-chaired a successful capital campaign for the Museum of History, represented Ward 8 on the Bloomington City council, chaired the Leadership McLean County Council and actively participated in the Multicultural Leadership program. Along with serving as treasurer for the Bloomington Mayor candidate in 2016. 


Party: Libertarian 

Kevin Woodard served for over 20 years as a traffic engineer in city government where he aimed to spend funds in ways that would benefit stakeholders. He has served with the City of Bloomington from 2009 to 2011 as a traffic engineer.  

He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Tennessee Technological University and with an MBA in Centenary College of Louisiana.

He is running as a Libertarian, and vows to make sure the citizen’s tax dollars are not wasted while in office.
