Illinois State University’s College of Applied Science and Technology and Campus Recreation invites everyone to run with them through the night at the annual Neon at Night 5k Fun Run.

The run will begin at 8 p.m. Wednesday and will start and end at the Student Fitness Center.

All Neon at Night participants will receive a race packet. Early packet pick up will be from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Wednesday at the Student Fitness Center Welcome Desk.

Packet pick up will also be available from 7 to 7:45 p.m. the night of the race outside of the Student Fitness Center.

Participants are encouraged to wear neon colors as they run through campus. Those participating in the costume contest should plan to arrive by 7:40 p.m.

The fun run is the final event of this year's Science and Technology Week. Science and Technology Week celebrates advancements in the field of science and technology. It also celebrates the students and professionals whose hard work makes those advancements possible.

The Neon 5k run will cost $20 for students and $25 for ISU faculty and staff.
