Sober Redbirds will be holding its next Sober Redbirds’ Weekly Recovery Group at the Student Services Building from 7-8 p.m. Nov. 22.

The group focus will include writing for recovery, tools and skills for recovery, topics in recovery and mindfulness in recovery.

The writings will be free writing with the option of sharing or not. The tools and skills covered include relapse prevention, emotion regulation and time management.

The topics that will be highlighted include connections, self-love and honesty.

Sober Redbirds’ mission strives to incorporate a supportive and inclusive environment for students concerned with recovery from addiction and students who are substance free
