The fall athletics season for Illinois State is almost upon us, which means single-game ticket sales are approaching as well.
ISU athletics announced that single-game tickets for football and volleyball will be on sale on Thursday, July 25 starting at 9 a.m. Parking passes will also be available with the tickets.
An online-only pre-sale began today at 9 a.m., and will continue through Thursday. The pre-sale is for Weisbecker Scholarship Fund donors only.
Single-game volleyball tickets at the newly-renovated Redbird Arena start at $10 for adults for the defending Missouri Valley Conference co-champions. 12 and under tickets are $5, while Reggie's Kids Club members get in free. Group tickets of 15 or more can be purchased for $5 apiece. ISU students with a valid ID will also get in free.
ISU volleyball's home slate will open with the Redbird Classic September 13-15. MVC play will begin at home September 27-28 against Missouri State and Southern Illinois. The Redbirds are coming off of a season where they made the NCAA Tournament as an at-large after going 24-6 and 16-2 in MVC play during the regular season. ISU finished the season at 25-8.
ISU football single-game tickets can be purchased for as low as $20 during the Morehead State (home opener, Sep, 7), Northern Arizona (Sep. 21), Northern Iowa (Nov. 2) and Missouri State (Nov. 16) games. for adults in general admission sections. Tickets will be $25 in reserved sections for adults and $30 for adults in prime locations.
Prices for the North Dakota State (Family Weekend, Oct. 5) and Indiana State (Homecoming, Oct. 26) will increase to $35, $35 and $40 for the same areas.
Youth tickets ages 12 and under for all games will be $15, while student tickets with a valid student ID will be $5. Red Alert members along with children two and under are admitted into games for free. Tickets in the Heller Stores Touchdown Terrace start at $25 a person. Group tickets can also be purchased.
Redbird football looks to bounce back after a disappointing 6-5 finish last season including a four-game losing streak towards the end of the season.
