MiKyle McIntosh announced via his Twitter page (@MervM_22) he is transferring to Oregon on Wednesday.

"Can't wait be a Duck," McIntosh exclaimed on Twitter.

Back in April, the Ontario native declared for the NBA Draft, but noted if he did not go pro, he would seek out a new university for the fall.

The 6-foot-7 forward averaged 12.5 points per game and 5.6 rebounds per game for Illinois State this past season, earning second-team All-Missouri Valley Conference honors.

The graduate transfer will join a Ducks team fresh off a Final Four appearance, however, Oregon was gutted due to the NBA Draft. They lost Dillon Brooks, Tyler Dorsey and Jordan Bell to declaring early, while Chris Boucher graduated in May.

McIntosh will be eligible to play immediately for Oregon. According to ESPN, McIntosh also looked at Oklahoma as a possibility.
