The northbound lane of Constitution Boulevard will close from Uptown Circle to College Avenue at 7 a.m. Tuesday for curb and pavement repairs. The construction is expected to last until noon Wednesday.Â

According to a press release from the Town of Normal, the closure is due to curb and pavement repairs. No local access will be available.Â
The southbound lane will remain open.Â
