Tuesday evening, the Illinois State men's basketball team fell to Saint Louis, 82-76. It was the team's first game from Riviera Maya in this year’s Cancun Invitational, the Redbirds’ third.

The Billikens had more turnovers than the Redbirds, with 17. ISU was not far behind however with 16 of its own.

Leading Redbird scorer Antonio Reeves led the way again tonight, with 20 points and four rebounds. Mark Freeman and Sy Chatman both had 13 points, and Howard Fleming Jr led with six assists.

The Redbirds move to 2-3 on the season with the loss. They will play at 5 p.m. against Buffalo Wednesday in Cancun.
